I'm just annoyed that he's decided to rest on his laurels with this grungy slobby style, because if you look at his older work (That he hated enough to try and completely wipe for some reason) there's actual variety and experimentation going on. Different angles, composition, linework techniques, coloring styles, backgrounds, etc. These examples all look different apart from one another, but not out of inconsistency because you can still tell it's his style.

Then compare it to what he does now and it all just looks so samey to me, same thick lines, same flat colors, same composition, same backgrounds, same sweat and mysterious grime staining the characters' maws. I know nobody wants to criticize him because it's "mean" and they don't want to potentially drive out the only artist crazy enough to not only give this cesspool the time of day but fulfill their requests for free, but I'm sorry, that's just how I feel about it.

Part of the reason why I took steps back with being creative with drawing are because I put more focus on other stuff and only draw about 1 hour or half an hour a day now, as well as just loosing interest in drawing in general over the past year didn’t really help aside from the nieche stuff I post on my account, if I ever get interested in clean art and experimenting and have the time to do so then we’ll see where it goes.
