Why did they have to make meowscarada stand up. They should have realised from the moment they made her humanoid people we’re definitely going to make art of her, in all kinds of different scenarios.

Because they are literal idiots, members of a secret organization that uses data scraped from the internet (they call it Big Data), and they are soulless losers that have stolen everything and now that they have been caught they are up ro their old tricks again of "hiding in plain sight" by using AI computers to "produce" content in hopes to have an excuse for cover of their tracks.
You can ask me how I know, but you won't believe me. You can ask me to explain more simply is this was still too complicated for you. Basicly, not all of them are evil. There are 2 sides. There are companies that want to help humanity and there are companies that want the opposite for you and I, and they try to bend the law for political gain (monetary wealth) under the guise of "ecommerce". The government is a company, but the government staff are comprised of individuals, and while the government works on behalf of the people, the country itself and its people are not a company, they are an assortment of families. The land does not belong to the government. The land belongs to the people so that anybody can own land and property and live freely how they see fit.
So what does any of this have to do with pokemon? Money. Money and the constitution which guarantees you protection of your rights to liberty and freedom.
