Prices That are best or cheap for what I see usually goes as follow.

$15/25 for sketches
$25/40 for full color's shading's usually extra but on occasion you can find artists that throw in in for free and that's extra bucks worth.
And usually $80/$100 feels like the specialty premium price you'd be paying individuals like lilac moon or otherwise high ends those dollar's but unless it's a rare exception anything over $150 a single drawing and again keep in mind we're talking higher end grades now at $80/$100 feels like a cap point. Again you'll probably even get much more bang for your book just going for people who are under the $30/$50 radar. But yeah those are just rough estimates from prices I've seen around. I'm not including things like the whole bonus shading techniques or bonus characters extra $10/$20 charge which you can sometimes find sometimes people charge for backgrounds. All the little stuff and that can add up as well. But it really depends on what artist likes to do and how they want to go about it.
