If a woman gets a BBL and gains weight afterward, (most of) the extra fat that would've otherwise normally gone to her belly goes to her ass instead. This happens because the fat cells have just been moved; as far as I understand it, you are basically tricking your body into storing fat in your ass instead of your belly.
However that won't happen with her hips or thighs unless she also got fat transferred there. This is why so many BBLs "look fake" (big cheeks with disproportionately narrow hips and skinny thighs).
There are three ways of dealing with this:
