Trying to use that to generate the fact she is probably the most dynamically well written character in this shitty comic is dishonest.
I find she has a very cute tsundere like aspect to her. The way the degenerates Aika despite liking her, how she's always honest about her feelings and rather transparent as a foil to the manipulative Saiya and Tessa. She's always the one with sense in regards to everyone else, but always sees herself as lesser deep down and because of that tries to posture up. She has a flawed personality which is much more interesting than Aika's simple, basic, and almost innocent personality.
You see her as shallow, but that's because you can't get past the mean girl skin that she wears out of insecurity. Despite everything she continued to work hard making Tessa's career work and continues to help Saiya and Aika in their retarded plan despite being fully aware of how stupid it is.
tl;dr if you feel Stacy is a shallow character , maybe you should reread this disaster of a comic so you can get a better understanding of her.
