Salt has many benefits as an artist, he CAN have decent anatomy when he isn't blobshitting, his colour choice is not disagreeable, and he has sometimes alright concepts, but his shading is awkward bnecause

1) It's far too realistic for his cartoony/anime art style and it falls into the uncanny valley, looking creepy as a result. His shading makes things look far more real than the artstyle allows.

These personalities only have so much room to come off in a drawing. Most if them come off the same. Half the examples you stated literally do not have a personality different from anyone else or are so mild as to be irrelevant. The girls who do have differing personality traits aren't seperated enough outside of visuals.

Also, the issue you can see is the number. Salt has far too many OC's. If you want to give a bunch of chracters personality, you need to give them more of a chance. This is why most other artists tend to have a few OCs, usually less than 4, and focus on them to develop them (even if it's still limited by the medium). Salt's OC's are starting to blend together especially since, despite the slightly different body types, they're all just extremely large.
