Ruby Heart was not only in one game like Anon said, but she was in a game whose gimmick was playing as huge characters from two different companies you never expected to be in a game together, so she's completely overshadowed. It's even worse when you realize it's a fighting game, so there's very little information about her to grab peoples attention, short of her art/sprites.
