The line opf what is and isn't a loli is pretty muddled simply for loli not having much of a 100% precise definition. I don't know enough about danganronpa to defintivly say whether or not Hiyoko and Himiko are or are not lolis, but I will say that just going off appearances and the fanart I have seen from them, Hiyoko seems to tow the line where she can go either way of being a bratty loli or a "gremlin". Himiko doesn't look enough like a loli though IMO, tween loli at best. It had a lot of people back when it was first airing but it's insane how little her, Bofuri, and Aura from Overlord got.

They all have their big openings; Fran has become a glutton because of Sensei's food to the point of having one of the few expansion scenes in isekai, Bofuri has Maple constantly finding weird ways to cheese the game, and Aura has that one scene where Ainz is commenting on her slim waist and eating habits that people got focused on for a time. That's always a tough question since not only am I indecisive and often have different kinds of fleeting brainrots as time passes, but I also tend to struggle between giving them "appropriately varied" shapes, or just going all in on my favorite shape and imagining them all varying degrees of pear. It also largely depends on how many of them are growing and who. My peak fantasy with these girls is to see all five of them (from the first game) in some situation making them all grow fatter only for Casper to be blowing the fuck up more than any of them (especially if her appetite or her reckless behavior are any part of the reason)

But I'll just focus on Windia and Casper for now since they fit the loli type best while the others might be too borderline (and Rosa just plain isn't one)

For Casper, I can always dream about her growing especially bottom heavy in appearance, which is always fun to do to girls who want to get bigger breasts, and her belly would be wider and heavier the lower it gets, putting her bottom-heaviness to her back and her front. Alternatively, I can also picture her filling out into a shape I'd simply call "ball" where she's extremely belly/midsection heavy, but mostly round in stature all over with her chest remaining pretty small with maybe soft pancake boobs at the most, though remaining mostly flat up top is a pretty ideal result for her, I think.

Windia's got that "protagonist" spot, so it feels appropriate to give her a mostly well rounded fat distribution that doesn't favor any areas too significantly. On the flip side, if I had my way and got to make her pear shaped, I'd imagine her being more exaggerated in the top to bottom gap than the others would be, sporting a massively soft and cushioning ass with hips nearly twice as wide as her torso (if not even more extreme)

One thought that's often appealing to me though, is that as much as any of the girls might be shocked by how big any particular part of their bodies have gotten, Casper still inevitably has them beaten there (unless it's tits), whether it's now or later.

Aside from Mirai who I've already mentioned a couple of times, Yuuki Kataoka from Saki is one. Acts like a gremlin, is a horny bisexual, and stuffs her face with tacos to gain mahjong power. Yes she's 15 but Elf Yamada is 14 and man just look at her she's a loli.

for me, it's Coco, the main character of the manga Kuro (a hidden gem if you like fantasy horror and doubly so if you like loli characters). She only has 10 images on danbooru (3 of which are just manga covers) and only like a total of a couple dozen fan art images that I can find, so about as obscure as you can get. There aren't even lewds of her that I'm aware of, so I'm not holding my breath there will ever be fat art of her. It's a shame too because the author used to draw loli before getting it published (then scrubbed it from the internet), even drawing the characters in the books with very loli body types and a couple suggestive scenes that caught me off guard (like down shirt angles, carefully placed clothes, and physical examination scenes). At least the author's newest series, Shadows House, is much more popular. Fingers crossed there might be hope for some from that.
