I think a lot of it is that no one (models or users) offer original content, or at least good known content. The stuff that is out there is few and far between, and the majority of that is POV/shrunken man.

AI work is fine but it still has a ways to go.

I think I speak for quite a few of us when I say I'd like to see Sasha, Bubbly Booty, or PP becoming a Godzilla impersonator - something like Wreckin Becca or Jayne would produce, but the effort required on the actress' part would be substantial. We as a community need to request AND pay for said content for it to become more common.
