I use ponny diffusion V6 xl for the model, usually I use a combintion of this Loras, the last one its just what character I wan to make at the moment.
most of them are just for tweaking the detail, the disney one it's actually pretty useful for getting that hand drawn look
I also use prompts like POV, or dutch angle to make the composition a bit more interesting
