Yes, even though these are fictional characters, its still enough to warrant being deleted/removed due to the fact that there are under-aged characters in it.

Just because it is a drawing doesn't constitute it as a get out of jail free card. It's still involving minors.

The reason this is bad is because this IS CP. Not necessarily in the conventional terms, but that is fetishizing a minor, in which people would get off to.
